We first came on board to help OMG identify a new location for their evolving business, working with the lettings team to ‘test fit’ several different locations against OMG’s functional and aspirational requirements. Following the selection Southwark Studios, we proceed to scheme design, helping OMG transition from their old office to a new home while maintaining their much loved eclectic look and feel. Through the feasibility and design process, we identified a new type of ‘flex’ workspace to suit the activities of the TV production company - a space that could be used for formal meetings, informal script readings or just bookable quite work time.
